our space is designed for artists, photographers, and creatives.

studio bed rental (half day) - $25

studio bed rental (full day) - $50

  • for individual artists serving clients. includes a lash bed, chair, lighting, and access to shared studio amenities.

collective space rental - $150/day 

  • for small events, photoshoots, private trainings, or bridal parties. includes open studio space, beds, chairs, lighting, and shared amenities.

private event rental - email inquires only

  • for group trainings, workshops, or large bridal bookings. exclusive use of the collective space with full amenities.

💌Studio Rental Policies

 

payment

  • e-transfer is accepted at the time of booking or payment can be made at the venue on the day of your rental.

cancellations

  • if you need to cancel, please give at least 24–48 hours notice.
  • repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

cleanliness

  • please clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it.
  • beds, chairs, and lights must be wiped down and returned to their place.

general

  • respect shared spaces and other artists.
  • arrive and leave on time so the next renter can use the space.
  • damages or misuse of equipment will be billed to the renter.
